This site does not use cookies. Visitors can view the site and no session data or personal identity information is recorded, and is thus anonymous.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations). We collect information about you for the following reasons:

Craft Fair Customer ‐ viewing is anonymous

1. To find out about our event dates, gallery, contact details.
2 Crafter making contact by email

To process your request to join the Craft Fair ‐ capturing name and email address initially.
To place you on the reserve list ‐ capturing postcode, contact numbers and details of your craft awaiting a date or to be offered date/s to attend as a crafter.
To add your email address to our mailing list ‐ which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent when you apply or re-apply as a crafter. When you receive emails from our mailing list, instructions are enclosed on how to unsubscribe. If you do this you will not receive any information on other events, communications from us or dates to apply for. If you advise you no longer wish to be a crafter, you will not receive any communication from us once the relationship has ended. All your data will be deleted permanently.

We will never collect personal or sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can contact us via the Contact Us Page and we will delete or correct your data promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
